A large number of patients who had come from different corners of the Valley were examined. Poor & deserving patients suffering from various types of cancers were provided free anticancer drugs as a matter of routine. In addition, Screening was conducted by concerned female oncologists.
Besides consultation & examination an awareness lecture about this dreaded disease was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) N. A. Khan (Consultant cum Medical Superintendent). The day long activities were carried out smoothly with active participation of staff members of the society under the Supervision of Administration department of CSK who worked very hard to make this event a success.
